Ish2 Elizabeth Suka Tido Bogel, Pas Setuju Lak

Quoted from Malaysian InsiderElizabeth Wong’s political fate may be decided by Pas By Neville SpykermanSHAH ALAM, Feb 16 – Despite being widely seen as the victim in the nude pictures scandal, Selangor Executive Councillor Elizabeth Wong may be forced to relinquish all posts and resign as the Bukit Lanjan assemblyman.

Party sources told The Malaysian Insider that this may be the worst case scenario for Wong if Pakatan Rakyat (PR) partners, particularly Pas, do not stand by the 37-year-old former environmentalist.PKR leaders fear that if Pas takes the moral high ground in the matter, the first-term assemblyman will be made to pay the price and resign.A comparison is already being drawn with Bukit Selambau assemblymen V.Arumugam, who resigned recently in Kedah, following allegations of bigamy.

Party insiders said the Kedah Exco member was forced to resign by his Pas colleagues and Wong may face the same fate.PKR leaders are assessing the public and political fallout, before making a decision. For now, there is an effort to get three other Selangor women excos members to fall in behind Wong as well as to mitigate the effects of the leaked pictures.Wong, is currently in a meeting her lawyers to prepare a press statement on the matter but is scheduled to meet high-level state and party official later today.Pakatan sources said she is unlikely to meet the media today but has resolved to face the Press after the state executive council meeting on Wednesday.

“She’s very traumatised and still feels violated but she does not want to be seen as running away,” the sources said.Meanwhile the leak of the nude pictures, which Wong reportedly said were taken without her knowledge and might be the work of her disgruntled former boyfriend, are widely seen as being an attempt to smear both her and PR, which is already facing threats of defections in Selangor.“We expect the opposition (BN) to go to town with the pictures and we are bracing ourselves for the worst,” her colleagues said. The scandal may mean another by-election, this time in Selangor.

So PAS do you support this type of behaviour as a islamic party..
